Housing Development Finance Corporation said that the company allotted 6,10,195 equity shares of Rs 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs 313,59,82,600 consisting of 156,79,91,300 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Shares of the company declined Rs 7.35, or 0.69%, to settle at Rs 1,064.95. The total volume of shares traded was 73,549 at the BSE (Thursday).
