Modi dedicates Ranchi-Sipat transmission line to nation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today dedicated to the nation the 765 kv Ranchi-Dharmjaygarh-Sipat Transmission Line connecting the Eastern and Western parts of the country.

The transmission link was inaugurated online at Prabhat Tara, Dhurwa, in Ranchi.

In a slew of inaugurations, Narendra Modi also initiated the commencement of work of 3x660 MW North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project of NTPC.
