Emkay Commotrade expects gold prices to face resistance at Rs 28420-28450. It is expecting selling can be seen there. "On lower side price can test Rs 28,130. Prices should not move above Rs 28,600 to hold negative view for the day," it said.

''Silver prices are expected to have resistance at Rs 42,900-42,950 and selling can be seen there. Prices are expected to drift lower towards Rs 42,400 and Rs 42,150. Prices should not move above Rs 43,200 to hold negative view for the day,'' it added.
