Bajaj Auto and Anath Hindu Mahilashram signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the former's headquarters at Akurdi, Pune. 

As a part of its continued drive in its growing CSR activities, Bajaj Auto has decided to contribute an amount of Rs 10 million to Anath Hindu Mahilashram, as an effort to support the latter's project of building a brand new building that will house the Mahilashram with modern amenities.

Shares of the company declined Rs 13.95, or 0.65%, to trade at Rs 2,128. The total volume of shares traded was 9,190 at the BSE (1.12 p.m., Thursday).
