ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 16,350 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Aug. 04, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 0.92% decline. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 14.82% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 4.35, or 0.29%, to trade at Rs 1,487. The total volume of shares traded was 159,557 at the BSE (3.07 p.m., Tuesday).
