Gujarat Cotex has reported a substantial drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 81% to Rs 0.11 million. The company has reported profit of Rs 0.58 million in the same quarter previous year. Net sales for the quarter declined 58.58% to Rs 8.41 million, compared with Rs 20.31 million for the prior year period. Gujarat Cotex is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in the business of resale of grey fabrics in India.
