Dollar-rupee futures appreciated on Thursday against US dollar.

USDINR August contract went up 16 paise or 0.26 percent at 60.57 as against previous close of 60.40.

The most active August contract witnessed a high of 60.59 and a low of 60.485 after opening at 60.49.

A total of 0.44 million contracts were traded till 12:09 pm. Turnover for August contract was at Rs26.84 billion. Meanwhile, open interest was at 1.64 million.
