Asian Hotels (East) said a drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 60.87% to Rs 51.38 million from Rs 131.28 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 21.58% to Rs 250.85 million, compared with Rs 206 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 4.49, registering 60.89% decline over previous year period.
