Orient Refractories said a small rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 5.23% to Rs 129.12 million from Rs 122.70 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 13.49% to Rs 1,082.79 million, compared with Rs 954 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 1.07, registering 4.90% growth over previous year period.
