I G Petrochemicals swung to a profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the company reported a profit of Rs 108.29 million compared with a loss of Rs 65.52 million in the same quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter surged 40.55% to Rs 3,433.94 million, compared with Rs 2,443 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share stood at Rs 3.52 compared with negative Rs 2.13 in the same quarter last year.
