KSS to divest stake in K Sera Sera Miniplex

KSS announced that the company is planning to divest its stake in its subsidiary K Sera Sera Miniplex by way of offer for sale.

The company intends to dilute approximately 26% of its stake at a total valuation of around Rs 2 billion.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till Jul. 24, 2014, rising 6.69% compared with the Sensex`s 3.56% rise. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 16.63% as against 14.84% rise in the Sensex.
