Century Enka announced a substantial drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 43.06% to Rs 86.60 million from Rs 152.10 million in the same quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter declined 25.00% to Rs 3,048.40 million, compared with Rs 4,064.70 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 3.96, registering 43.10% decline over previous year period.
