ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 25,700 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jul. 22, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 3.67% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 14.36% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 11.95, or 0.81%, to trade at Rs 1,495.15. The total volume of shares traded was 243,396 at the BSE (1.46 p.m., Wednesday).
