US stock futures signal lower open negative on Tuesday. Dow Jones Industrial Average went down 0.28 points to trade at 17,051.73.

S&P 500 futures declined 0.23 points to trade at 1,973.63. Nasdaq composite index futures decreased 0.17 points to trade at 4,424.70 (3:18 p.m., IST).
