The Supreme Court has accepted YES Bank and its directors' appeal, in the case filed by Madhu Kapur.

The case has been scheduled for a quick and expeditious reconsideration in the final hearing in January 2015, acknowledging that the case warrants consideration by the Supreme Court.

Raian Karanjawala & Co in Delhi represented YES Bank, and engaged senior counsels Kapil Sibal, Abhishek Singhvi and Soli Cooper to represent the bank.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 0.90, or 0.17%, to trade at Rs 524.85 at the BSE (2.07 p.m., Tuesday).
