Sadbhav Engineering, an engineering construction company, said Tuesday the Sadbhav - Vishnushiva, joint venture led by the company, secured project from South West Mining, Barmer, Rajasthan.

The estimated work value of the project is Rs 5.5 billion and the contract period is 7 years from Sept. 12, 2014.

The project is for hiring heavy earth moving equipments with operators, maintenance staff & facilities for excavation work at Pit B of Jalipa Lignite Mines.

Shares of the company gained Rs 7.15, or 3.81%, to trade at Rs 194.85. The total volume of shares traded was 19,387 at the BSE (11.48 a.m., Tuesday).
