Axis Bank said on Monday that the bank has allotted 41,818 equity shores of Rs 10 each, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.
The paid up share capital of the bank will accordingly increase from 47,14,52,848 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 47,14,94,666 equity shares of Rs 10 each.|
