ICICI Bank said that the Bank has allotted 193,900 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jul. 11, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 1.76% decline. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 10.59% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 10.60, or 0.78%, to trade at Rs 1,345 at the BSE (3.27 p.m., Monday).
