Ranbaxy Laboratories announced that the ESOPs allotment committee of directors has allotted 207,529 equity shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme(s) of the company.

The paid-up equity share capital of the company post allotment is 424,013,339 equity shares of Rs 5 each aggregating Rs 2,120,066,695.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.55, or 0.64%, to trade at Rs 551.95 at the BSE (2.24 p.m., Monday).
