Siemens, a leading technology enabled solutions providers announced that it has bagged an order from NTPC for approximately Rs 520 million. The order is for supply of state-of-the-art distributed control system (DCS) for its 4x210 MW power plant located in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
The scope of the project includes the supply, erection and commissioning of control and instrumentation for the complete power plant.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1.15, or 0.08%, to trade at Rs 982.65. The total volume of shares traded was 23,726 at the BSE (11.56 a.m., Tuesday).
