Subex announced that the ESOPs committee of the board of directors of the company has cancelled 96,123 ESOPs for the month of June-2014.

The above cancellation of ESOPs is in accordance with the terms and conditions under the employee stock option plans of the company ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008 and Securities and Exchange Board of India guidelines, 1999.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.18, or 1.66%, to trade at Rs 10.65. The total volume of shares traded was 324,829 at the BSE (11.45 a.m., Monday).
