ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank, announced that the bank has allotted 20,460 equity shares at face value of Rs 10 each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jul. 03, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 3.88% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 14.73% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 8.45, or 0.58%, to trade at Rs 1,443.25 at the BSE (12.12 p.m., Friday).
