Punjab National Bank (PNB) said Friday the bank has sold 41% stake in High Mark Credit Information Services to CRIF and realized Rs 41.50 million.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jul. 03, 2014, falling 18.68% compared with the Sensex's 3.88% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 6.93% as against 14.73% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 13.90, or 1.40%, to trade at Rs 977.80 at the BSE (12.02 p.m., Friday).
