Indiabulls Securities announced that the company has issued and allotted 23,93,526 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs 51,67,65,020 divided into 25,83,82,510 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to Rs 52,15,52,072 divided into 26,07,76,036 Equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.35, or 1.26%, to settle at Rs 27.50 at the NSE (Thursday).
