Housing Development and Infrastructure announced that the company has entered into definitive agreements with respect to transfer of its 100% shareholding of its wholly owned subsidiary company, viz HDIL Entertainment to Carnival Films.

As per the agreement, the Company will divest its 100% shareholding in the subsidiary company thereby handing over the operations of its chain of multiplex business across India.
