Amtek India announced that its board of directors has allotted 3,25,264 equity shares at Rs 103 a share upon the conversion of FCCB's of USD 0.60 million out of FCCB's issue of USD 70 million.

The committee further allotted 97,537 equity shares at Rs 103 a share upon the conversion of FCCB's of USD 0.20 million out of FCCB's issue of USD 130 million.

Shares of the company declined Rs 2.05, or 2%, to settle at Rs 100.60. The total volume of shares traded was 151,988 at the BSE (Wednesday).
