A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services, a fully integrated Electrical Business Group (EBG) in India, jumped on Wednesday after Sterlite Technologies along with the company as its EPC partner received the APO from BSNL for J&K region. The company also secured EPS work order for Eastern and North-Eeastern region for above said OFC projects from ITI. The orders will aggregate to approx. Rs 24 billion.
The company received orders for trenching, laying, installation, testing of optical fiber cable, PLB Duct and accessories for construction of exclusive optical NLD Backbone and Optical Access routes on turkey basis for defence network.
In addition to the above, further Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) orders worth Rs 9 billion will also be released, aggregating total value of orders to approx. Rs 33 billion.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 19.95, up Rs 0.95, or 5% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 12:21 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 19.95 and low of Rs 19.95. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 22,108.
