Bajaj Auto, one of the leading 2 and 3 wheeler makers, announced a rise of 3.29% in sales to 3,05,465 units in June compared to 2,95,749 units sold in last year period.

Motorcycle sales has also increased by 3.01% from a year ago to 2,62,202 units, while commercial vehicle sales were up 4.99% to 43,263 units.

Shares of the company gained Rs 20.30, or 0.87%, to trade at Rs 2,350.05. The total volume of shares traded was 31,361 at the BSE (9.53 a.m., Wednesday).
