OnMobile Global announced the board of directors has approved the appointment of Francois Charles Sirois as an additional director on the board of the company w.e.f. June 26, 2014.

It also approved the appointment of Rajiv Pancholy as an additional director on the board of directors and managing director of the company w.e.f. June 26, 2014.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.75, or 12.69%, to settle at Rs 33.30. The total volume of shares traded was 383,118 at the BSE (Thursday).
