Bansal Roofing entered the capital markets today with a public issue of 6,80,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 30 a share aggregating to Rs 20.4 million.

The issue will constitute 30.95% and 29.31% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The issue will close on Jun. 30, 2014.

Shares offered through fixed price issue are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
