AstraZeneca Pharma India, an integrated biopharmaceutical company, fell on Wednesday after the SEBI on Tuesday said stock exchanges will closely monitor the company's delisting process and promptly report any aberrations.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 1,136.55, down Rs 15.70, or 1.36% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 2:44 p.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 1,150 and low of Rs 1,113.55. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 15,672.
