IRB Infra's arm executes concession agreement with NHAI

IRB Infrastructure Developer's wholly owned subsidiary Kaithal Tollway has executed concession agreement with NHAI for the project of four laning of Kaithal-Rajasthan border section of NH- 152/65 from km 33.250 (design Km – 0.500) to km 241.580 (design Km 165.759) in the state of Haryana under NHDP Phase – IV. The project is to be executed on DBFOT pattern with the concession period of 27 years. The estimated project cost is approximately Rs 23 billion and the construction is to be completed within 910 days. Shares of the company gained Rs 13.25, or 6.91%, to trade at Rs 205. The total volume of shares traded was 152,722 at the BSE (2.10 p.m., Monday).
