Kantilal Chhaganlal (KC) Research has recommended 'Buy' on DB Realty with target price of Rs 124 as against current market price (CMP) of Rs 81.8 with 51.6% upside potential  in its report.

Commenting on the investment rationale, KC Resarch said, ''In Q4FY14, DB Realty (DBRL) registered consolidated revenue of Rs. 897.8 million, which grew by 14.3% on Y-o-Y basis and it grew by 61.3% on sequential basis. For FY14, DBRL's consolidated revenue declined by 7.8% on Y-o-Y basis to Rs. 3140.8 million. On standalone basis, DBRL has posted a revenue loss of Rs. 12.8 million in FY13.

Considering the present political and economic changes, the positive reforms and reversals are expected in real estate sector (especially in Metros) which could be a positive for DBRL, however present uncertainty in business performance, business environment and increasing sales would be a challenge. we have revised our rating for DBRL to 'BUY'.''
