Mother Dairy has signed a 5-year agreement with Ramco Systems to connect its extended network of 30 plus subcontractors with an end-to-end ERP that can seamlessly integrate with its existing SAP instance at the principal site.

Shares of the company gained Rs 5.10, or 2.62%, to trade at Rs 200 at the BSE (11.24 a.m., Tuesday).
