DLF, a leading real estate developer, announced that the committee of directors has allotted 46,795 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each equity shares upon exercise of options by the employees under the company's employees stock options scheme.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jun. 16, 2014, falling 27.28% compared with the Sensex's 4.43% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 26.90% as against 15.50% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.8, or 0.39%, to trade at Rs 205.95. The total volume of shares traded was 548,175 at the BSE (11.02 a.m., Tuesday).
