Indosolar, the leading Indian manufacturer of solar photovoltaic cells, surged on Monday after it entered into single largest solar cell supply contract of 60 MW under domestic content requirement of National Solar Mission with Azure Power India, New Delhi.
The supplies will commence shortly and will be completed early Q1 of 2015, keeping in mind the timeline of National Solar Mission.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 4.75, up Rs 0.22, or 4.86% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday at 12.50 p.m.
