DLF, a leading real estate developer, gained on Monday after its subsidiary, DLF Promenade successfully placed the commercial mortgage backed security (CMBS) issuance of Rs 3.75 billion, with a competitive coupon rate of 10.90% p.a. and legal maturity of 7.5 years.

DLF Promenade owns and operates approximately 4.5 lakh sq. ft luxury mall in New Delhi, India.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 210.05, up Rs 5.10 or 2.49% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday at 11.42 a.m.
