IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has now executed concession agreement with NHAI for the project of Four Laning of Yedeshi - Aurangabad section of NH-211 from km 100.000 to km 290.200 (design length 190 km) in the State of Maharashtra to be executed as BOT (Toll) on DBFOT Pattern under NHDP Phase - IV.

IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway as well as IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, have executed with NHAI ''Supplementary Agreement to Concession Agreement'' in respect of the Scheme of Deferment of Premium approved by NHAI.

The scheme will be applicable to both projects from FY14-15 onwards.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.9, or 1.82%, to trade at Rs 218. The total volume of shares traded was 281,699 at the BSE (11.26 a.m., Monday).
