GMR Infrastructure announced that Honey Flower Estates and Namitha Real Estates have become subsidiaries of the company in accordance with the provisions of the companies Act, 2013.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till June 03, 2014, falling 18.61% compared with the Sensex's 10.96% rise.
It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 6% as against 18.68% rise in the Sensex.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.8, or 2.25%, to trade at Rs 34.75. The total volume of shares traded was 1,359,018 at the BSE (2.13 p.m., Wednesday).
