ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank, announced that the bank has allotted 215,340 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on June 02, 2014 under the employees stock option scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jun. 02, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 10.18% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 16.88% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 4.15, or 0.28%, to settle at Rs 1,458.25. The total volume of shares traded was 195,157 at the BSE (Tuesday).
