Dabur India said that the nomination and remuneration committee of the company has allotted 1,24,35,710 equity shares of face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees of the company who exercised their stock options under the Dabur Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2000.

These shares are pari pasu with the existing equity shares of the company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the company increased to Rs 175,62,48,783 divided into 175,62,48,783 equity shares of face value of Rs 1 each.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.5, or 1.87%, to settle at Rs 184. The total volume of shares traded was 90,368 at the BSE (Monday).
