G M R Infrastructure disclosed a sharp rise in net profit for the quarter ended March 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 78.55% to Rs 11,843.60 million from Rs 6,633.20 million in the same quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 14.20% to Rs 29,607.50 million, compared with Rs 25,925 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 3.01, registering 2.02 times growth over previous year period.
