Mercator announced that the company has successfully completed the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB), unsecured, aggregating USD 16 millions on book building basis and has issued the bonds on May 27, 2014.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till May. 28, 2014, falling 12.83% compared with the Sensex's 8.50% rise.
It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 15.73% as against 16.27% rise in the Sensex.
Shares of the company declined Rs 1.4, or 3.62%, to trade at Rs 37.25. The total volume of shares traded was 450,975 at the BSE (12.49 p.m., Thursday).
