Mangalam Cement has started commercial production from new cement mill of 1.25 million ton per annum (MTPA) at Adityanagar, Dist. Kota, Rajasthan with effect from May 28, 2014.

The overall capacity is now enhanced from 2.0 MTPA to 3.25 MTPA.

Shares of the company gained Rs 9.8, or 5.86%, to settle at Rs 177. The total volume of shares traded was 26,822 at the BSE (Wednesday).
