SC allows Reliance to proceed with arbitration in London

The Supreme Court has allowed Reliance Industries to proceed with arbitration in London between the company and the centre government, as per media reports. The SC has set aside Delhi High Court order on the arbitration. The arbitration pertains to Panna-Mukta-Tapti basin over royalties and taxes.
Shares of the company gained Rs 13.75, or 1.26%, to trade at Rs 1,101.50. The total volume of shares traded was 109,517 at the BSE (11.10 a.m., Wednesday).
