ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank, announced that the bank has allotted 95,355 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on May 26, 2014 under the employees stock option scheme, 2000 (ESOS).
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till May. 26, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 8.94% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 17.77% rise in the Sensex.
Shares of the bank declined Rs 8.2, or 0.56%, to trade at Rs 1,444.35. The total volume of shares traded was 118,686 at the BSE (2.35 p.m., Tuesday).
