Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), Indian shipping company, gained on Friday after it received refund on account of rescindment of shipbuilding contract for Hull No. D-2132, of which Rs 1.05 billion was paid from FPO proceed.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 60.45, up Rs 2.4, or 4.13% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 2:01 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 62.10 and low of Rs 58. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 726,624.
In the earlier session, the shares gained 3.66%, or Rs 2.05, at Rs 58.05. Currently, the stock is trading all time 52-week high, which is above 130.29% over the 52-week low of Rs 26.25.
