Bajaj Electricals announced that the engineering & project business unit has bagged two orders worth Rs 3.22 billion from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL).

The company has bagged order worth Rs 1.59 billion for supply of 765KV Transmission Line and Rs 1.63 billion for rural electrification work at Kushinagar district in Uttar Pradesh.

Shares of the company gained Rs 35.95, or 10.89%, to settle at Rs 365.95. The total volume of shares traded was 116,714 at the BSE (Thursday).
