MindTree, IT solutions and product engineering services company, has appointed Manisha Girotra, the India CEO of a leading global independent investment bank, Moelis & Company to its board of directors effective May 20, 2014.

The board also elected Rostow Ravanan as an executive director in addition to his role as the CFO.

Shares of the company gained Rs 8.4, or 0.63%, to settle at Rs 1,339.20. The total volume of shares traded was 10,554 at the BSE (Tuesday).
