ICICI Bank announced that the bank has allotted 1,59,440 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till May. 16, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 8.28% rise.

It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 18.44% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 6.3, or 0.43%, to settle at Rs 1,471.10. The total volume of shares traded was 333,144 at the BSE (Monday).
